Sneaky Sauce (Cajun Remoulade)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 large garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tablespoon capers

  • 3 tablespoons sweet relish

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • ¼ cup Italian parsley

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika

  • ½ tablespoon Lucky Cajun seasoning (any of our blends work!)

Instructions:
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. That’s it. Sneaky Sauce is bold, creamy, a little smoky, and perfectly tangy. We use about ½ cup of it mixed into the shrimp for maximum flavor.

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil.

  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 40 seconds—no longer, or they’ll get rubbery.
