This Brat Burger Flatbread takes everything you love about backyard brats and turns it into a cheesy, crave-worthy flatbread. Juicy brat-style meatballs, grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers rest on creamy mustard sauce and bubbly Fontina cheese. Perfect for beer nights, game days, or a bold twist on pizza and movie night.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1½ tablespoons Lucky Cajun Brat Burger Seasoning
¼ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
2 large naan flatbreads
2 cups grated Fontina cheese
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced

Directions
Combine the ground beef and Brat Burger Seasoning, cover, and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend.
The next day, whisk the spicy mustard into the heavy cream and warm gently over low heat until smooth—do not boil.
Grill the onions, mushrooms, and red bell pepper until tender and slightly charred.
Roll the seasoned beef into small meatballs and grill until cooked through.
Spread the warm mustard-cream sauce evenly over each naan.
Add half the Fontina cheese, layer on the grilled veggies and meatballs, then top with the remaining cheese.
Bake on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet at 475°F until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Slice, serve hot, and enjoy with a cold beer.
