OMG! Lucky Cajun keeps knocking it out of the park!! This is the most delicious taco seasoning I have ever used. So complex and fragrant. I used it on steak to make carne asada for nachos and it was soooo good!!!
I so happy that I can get these spices shipped to me. I was a regular customer at the farmers markets in Chattanooga, but we recently moved back to Montana, and thank goodness I can still purchase these amazing spices, my kitchen wouldn’t be the same without them. This is my new favourite… or at least equal to her Jerk seasoning. Incredible! The flavour is well balanced and the heat level is enough to give you a bit of a kick, but not so hot that it masks all the complex spices included in this blend. Soooo good!!
