Bermuda Brunch Sandwich Recipe (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 10 pencil-thin asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 slice of ham
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 1 egg
- Lucky Cajun Voodoo seasoning
Instructions:
- In a heavy-bottom sauté pan, cook asparagus in butter until warmed through. Move to the side of the pan.
- Add more butter, then place sourdough slices in the pan. Add Swiss cheese to the bread and let it melt.
- Warm the ham in the pan, then add the roasted asparagus and ham to the sandwich. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melty.
- Remove the sandwich from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more butter and cook the egg over easy. Season with Lucky Cajun Voodoo.
- Place the egg on top of the sandwich and enjoy!
