Bermuda Brunch Sandwich Recipe (Serves 1)

Ingredients:

  • 10 pencil-thin asparagus spears
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. In a heavy-bottom sauté pan, cook asparagus in butter until warmed through. Move to the side of the pan.
  2. Add more butter, then place sourdough slices in the pan. Add Swiss cheese to the bread and let it melt.
  3. Warm the ham in the pan, then add the roasted asparagus and ham to the sandwich. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melty.
  4. Remove the sandwich from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more butter and cook the egg over easy. Season with Lucky Cajun Voodoo.
  6. Place the egg on top of the sandwich and enjoy!
