This is the seasoning that started my culinary love affair with Lucky Cajun. I bought a bag at a market in Chattanooga when the Lucky Cajun was starting out and selling them by himself at the market. I've been a fan from the get-go. I love every blend I've tried, and I've tried many. I gift them to my foodie cook friends and they become fans. If you like spicy with depth and subtlety, try Voodoo. You won't be disappointed.

This is my new favourite… or at least equal to her Jerk seasoning. Incredible! The flavour is well balanced and the heat level is enough to give you a bit of a kick, but not so hot that it masks all the complex spices included in this blend. Soooo good!!

This was the first so e blend I purchased from Lucky Cajun. I stumbled upon her bother at the Christmas markets in Collegedale, and I am SO HAPPY that I did. In fact, I haven’t bought spices from anyone else since. All her blends are amazing, full of flavour, perfectly balanced with the perfect amount of heat!

Lucky Cajun’s ‘Blackbeards’s Smoke’ is one of our favorite spices mixes! Such a good mix; flavorful with a bit of heat. We use it on chicken wings, add to the soup pot, on hamburger patties, to spice up tacos, chicken, and potato salads, even on popcorn. Like I previously stated, it’s one of our favorite spice blends and we always visit their booth at the Chattanooga Market.

Best Cajun Seasoning I ever bought !

I don’t think I can dislike this product ! Its soo good for fish , chicken , and etc. I met the lady last year at the tennessee aquarium with my fiance before we went in and she had samples me and my wife both had a sample of each flavor she had and man it tasted soo good ! I recommend this product thank you Lucky Cajun ❤️
