Lucky Cajun-Bulgasari Seared Tuna & Peach-Cucumber Salad on a Brioche Bun

**Ingredients:**

- Tuna steaks from Marithyme Seafood

- 3 ripe peaches

- 1 medium cucumber

- Pickled onions (recipe on our other page)

- Fresh mint and basil

- 1 lime

- Lucky Cajun Datil seasoning

- Lucky Cajun Bulgasari seasoning

- Brioche buns

**Instructions:**

1. Pit and slice the ripe peaches neatly.

2. Peel, slice, and deseed your cucumber as needed.
