Blackened Salmon Sandwich With Sneaky Sauce

Blackened Salmon gets all kinds of variations like fried onions, fried green tomatoes, slaw, pickled onions, grilled peaches and the list goes on!

This version has sliced tomato, sliced onion, pickles, romaine and sneaky sauce on a ciabatta roll.

Sneaky Sauce

Chop all ingredients fine and mix or place everything in food processor and blend

1.5 cups mayo

3 tbsp ketchup

1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 large garlic clove

1 tbsp capers

3 tbsp sweet relish

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

zest and juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup Italian parsley

4 tbsp smoked paprika

1/2 tbsp Lucky Cajun

Blackening Salmon

Refer to Blackened Chicken for tips on blackening. Salmon will cook slightly faster than chicken so don’t over cook.

Toast your bun slightly in the oven, dress with sneaky, place your favorite add-ons and enjoy!
